Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of services by NetworkParagon Infrastructure Solutions Ltd (“NetworkParagon”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using this website, requesting a quotation, accepting a proposal or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to the relevant terms set out below.
1. About NetworkParagon

2. Website Information
The information provided on this website is intended to give a general overview of our services.
While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, website content does not constitute a formal quotation, technical specification, guarantee or contractual commitment.
The exact scope, specification, price and delivery requirements for any project will be confirmed separately in writing.
3. Quotations & Proposals
Any quotation or proposal provided by NetworkParagon will be based on the information available to us at the time.
Quotations may be subject to a site survey, confirmation of cable routes, access requirements, quantities, materials, containment, equipment requirements and other site-specific conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A quotation does not create a binding obligation for NetworkParagon to undertake the work until it has been accepted and any required project arrangements have been confirmed.
4. Scope of Work
The agreed scope of work will be detailed within the relevant quotation, proposal, statement of work or written confirmation.
Work outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may result in additional charges.
Where additional work becomes necessary, we will aim to discuss this with the customer before proceeding.
5. Site Surveys
Where required, NetworkParagon may carry out a site survey before providing or confirming a quotation.
Site surveys are based on the areas and infrastructure that are reasonably accessible at the time of inspection.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, surveys do not include invasive inspection, electrical testing, cybersecurity assessment, network configuration review or certified permanent-link testing.
Hidden conditions that could not reasonably have been identified during a survey may affect the final scope, programme or price.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the site and the work required.
The customer must provide reasonable access to relevant areas, cabinets, equipment and infrastructure and must inform us of any known hazards, access restrictions or site-specific requirements.
Where work depends on third parties, existing equipment, other contractors or customer-provided information, NetworkParagon will not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by matters outside our reasonable control.
7. Access & Working Conditions
The customer is responsible for ensuring that agreed working areas are accessible and reasonably safe at the scheduled time.
Where access is unavailable, restricted or significantly different from what was previously communicated, work may need to be rescheduled and additional costs may apply.
We will take reasonable care when working at customer premises and aim to minimise disruption to normal business operations.
8. Materials & Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed, materials and equipment supplied by NetworkParagon will be selected as appropriate for the agreed project specification.
Product availability, manufacturer lead times and specification changes may occasionally require the use of equivalent alternatives. Any material change will be discussed where appropriate.
Customer-supplied equipment remains the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Testing, Labelling & Documentation
Testing, labelling, certification and project documentation will be provided where included within the agreed scope of work.
The type and level of testing required will depend on the project and will be confirmed before work begins.
No particular certification, manufacturer warranty or performance standard should be assumed unless specifically stated within the quotation or project documentation.
10. Pricing & Payment
Prices will be stated within the relevant quotation or proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices must be paid within the payment period shown on the invoice.
For qualifying business-to-business transactions, NetworkParagon reserves the right to claim statutory interest and applicable debt-recovery costs on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Current government guidance states that statutory interest is 8% above the Bank of England base rate, with fixed recovery sums potentially available depending on the size of the debt.
11. Deposits & Advance Payments
For some projects, we may require a deposit or advance payment before ordering materials or scheduling work.
Where a deposit is required, the amount and payment terms will be clearly stated within the quotation or proposal.
Special-order, bespoke or non-returnable materials may need to be paid for in advance.
12. Changes & Variations
Either party may request changes to the agreed scope.
Changes may affect pricing, materials, delivery dates or project timescales.
NetworkParagon is not required to carry out additional or amended work until any resulting changes have been agreed.
13. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling or rescheduling planned work.
Where NetworkParagon has already incurred costs for materials, specialist equipment, third-party services or other project commitments, the customer may remain responsible for those reasonable costs.
Any project-specific cancellation arrangements stated within an accepted quotation or proposal will take precedence.
14. Project Timescales
Any completion dates or timescales provided will be estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed schedules but cannot guarantee against delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including material shortages, supplier delays, site access problems, third-party works or unforeseen site conditions.
15. Existing Infrastructure
NetworkParagon cannot guarantee the condition, performance or suitability of infrastructure that we have not installed, inspected or tested.
Where we work with existing cabling, cabinets, equipment or network infrastructure, previously unidentified defects may become apparent during the work.
If this happens, we will explain the issue and any recommended remedial action before undertaking additional work where reasonably practicable.
16. Fault Finding
Fault-finding and diagnostic work is undertaken on a reasonable-efforts basis.
The time required to identify a fault can vary depending on the symptoms, available documentation, site complexity and condition of the existing infrastructure.
An initial investigation does not guarantee that every fault can be immediately located or resolved, particularly where the cause lies outside the physical infrastructure within our agreed scope.
17. Workmanship
NetworkParagon will carry out agreed services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the scope confirmed for the project.
Where a customer believes there is an issue with work carried out by NetworkParagon, they should contact us promptly so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
18. Third-Party Products & Services
Some projects may involve products, manufacturers, telecommunications providers, internet service providers or other third-party services.
NetworkParagon is not responsible for failures, outages, changes or delays attributable to third-party products or services outside our reasonable control.
Any manufacturer warranties will be subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, NetworkParagon will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside the scope of the agreed services or matters outside our reasonable control.
Any project-specific limits or allocation of liability may be set out separately within the applicable quotation, proposal or contract.
UK guidance cautions businesses against unfair or excessive exclusions of liability, particularly where consumer contracts are involved, which is why I would keep this clause relatively restrained rather than using the sweeping exclusions found in many online templates.
20. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, documents and other materials created by or for NetworkParagon remain the property of their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission.
Project-specific drawings, reports or documentation supplied to a customer may be used by that customer for the purposes for which they were provided.
21. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website or during an enquiry will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law.
Our Privacy Policy should be read separately from these Terms & Conditions.
The ICO recommends that privacy notices clearly explain why personal information is collected, how long it is retained and who it may be shared with.
22. Links to Other Websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites.
NetworkParagon is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of external websites.
23. Business Customers
NetworkParagon's services are primarily intended for businesses and organisations.
Where a customer contracts with NetworkParagon as a consumer rather than in the course of business, nothing within these terms is intended to remove or restrict statutory consumer rights.
24. Force Majeure
NetworkParagon will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, utility outages, supply-chain disruption, industrial action, government restrictions, transport disruption or similar events.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact of any such event.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this website together with the date it was last updated.
Terms already agreed for a specific project will not be retrospectively changed unless agreed by both parties.
26. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
